致力于内分泌代谢病的基础与临床研究。长期从事老年疾病队列研究的生物样本库和临床信息数据库建设工作,近年来临床研究主要从事糖尿病的慢病管理及健康大数据体系建设,开展糖尿病并发症发病机制以及代谢性疾病与环境和遗传因素相关的临床研究。基础研究聚焦于糖尿病肾病生物标记物及发病机制、激素及神经内分泌肽类物质在代谢性疾病进程的作用及机制,是深圳市老年疾病临床医学研究中心、深圳市老年医学中心的核心骨干。主持1项国家自然科学基金面上项目、参与1项国家重点研发计划、主持4项省部级课题。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论著30余篇,培养硕士研究生10余名。研究成果发表在Diabetologia, Aging-US, Br J Pharmacol, Pharmacol Res, Can J Cardiol, Exp Gerontol, Horm Behav, Neuropharmacology, Neurochem Int, Int J Endocrinol 等相关专业期刊。 |
